Q. Can I add Pictures to my website?

A. Yes. When you add a new product there is a browse button where you can locate a picture file from your computer. The picture can be a scanned image or digital photograph. When you upload the image it will resize correctly for the web page and create a smaller thumbnail image automatically that can be used elsewhere on the site. Pictures will be available immediately on your website.

Q. Can I use the Admin on an Apple Mac and a PC?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I administer my site from anywhere?

A. Yes, any computer with an internet connection.

Q. Do I get email with my web hosting?

A. Yes! We offer unlimited email forwarding or unlimited pop3 accounts with all our web hosting packages.

Q. How many email addresses can I have?

A. As many as you want. You can set your email as: name@yourcompany.co.uk And have as many different names as you want. Each can be accessed separately or all together if you wish.

Q. Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?

A. Yes! 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Q. I have an existing domain name, can I keep this?

Q. Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?

A Yes If we host the website One of the most important features of our web hosting service. All domains will be functional both with and without the www. We also offer your own mail and smtp servers e.g mail.your-domain.co.uk and smtp.your-domain.co.uk

Q. How will I collect my email?

A You can use software such as : Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora or others.

Q. Is 700 MB/month of bandwidth (data transfer) going to be enough to support my web site?

A This is a considerable amount of transfer. To offer an idea of what this actually means, an example is as follows. An average size web site with average size pages receiving approximately 80+ unique visitors per day would equal approximately 400mb transfer per month.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cheques, credit/debit cards, bank transfers.

Q. When do I pay?

A. The initial setup charge and first quarter charges are payable together on completion of the website, after that you will be invioced quarterly or annualy if you prefer.
